Just finished this brand identity design for a Seattle Internet startup. Pretty straightforward–the design needed to be clean. That’s what we do. More of DK’s brand identity designs.
UPDATE: April 2008
Just caught up with Bonanzle’s Bill Harding, who is set to launch the new site this May. Exciting!
Bill handed me one of his new business cards earlier this week. Though DK didn’t design them, they feature the identity design and brand color palette we set up for Bonanzle last summer.

Good luck, Bill!

Hey Akira and Dipika,
Well, only some 18 months after I first started working on it, the launch of my high-tech website Bonanzle is finally upon us. Booyah!
I’d say the logo and grass turned out fabulously. It has the mark of great art: it keeps growing on me more and more as time wears on. Almost every person who I’ve given a business card to has agreed.
Anyway, what the site needs now is your stuff and your friends’ stuff up for sale on it!
Between now and June 1st we’re having a giveaway where the person who has the most items posted for sale + items posted for sale by people they refer gets a free PS2/Xbox360/Wii.

Thank you,
Bill
Bonanzle is great! Bill and Mark actively seek out feedback and follow up by taking action on what they hear. And, they respond to all communications - small and large issues - in a timely manner!
Love Bonanzle. Nice interface. Not crazy about the logo, looks like a random, meaningless Photoshop shape. Great color scheme.
As a tiny graphic design firm, (just my husband mOOndog and me), that sells our t-shirts on Bonanzle, my husband & I both like the logo. It’s clean, fresh, distinctive, and friendly. Perfect!
And have you checked Bonanzle itself out lately? Wow! The word is getting out fast - over 6000 users already! As long-time online sellers, mOOn & I love the ease of use and potential it has. It’s perfect for people like us with unique items to sell. Check it out!
Not sure if anyone noticed but the Bonanzle colors, well they’re the colors for the Irish flag! No wonder I love the logo and the concept. Obviously the grass ties in with “the grass is greener”, or it also ties in with Bill’s “grass roots” initiative.
All I know is that I’m glad I found Bonanzle!
