Faux fur trim

I have this feeling. It’s just a feeling, okay? But the feeling is this:

Fur is coming back in 2009.

Finland clothes with fur trim

Fur trim didn’t ever seem interesting to me at all, mind you. I mean, who would want that? Faux stuff. And the real thing, well, that’s not very nice for animals, is it?

I have this new jacket. It’s got a black and white pattern, really tight. So when you squint it looks grey.

My jacket comes with this detachable fur trim collar, which is 100% polyester. Some people have told me they prefer it without this extra bit. Usually, DK being into minimalism, I would agree about removing useless adornments.

But something’s changed recently. I’m seeing past one style. I’m broadening my horizons! And so we go, beyond minimalism. I have a macrame plant hanger now.

The thing is, I think it’s kind of nice.

For the first time in my life, I’m actually digging the fake fur.

What’s next, floral flourishes on the background of DK site? :)
