Capitol Hill Community Council is re-forming.
No one can tell you why, but it was dormant for years. Now, a group of folks is organizing an election to kick-start it again. It’s tomorrow evening, at CHAC.
If you live in the area, here’s your chance: there are six people running for various officer positions, they will be there to answer questions (like, “what y’all gonna do?”). There will be free snacks by Crave. And, you will get to meet your neighbors who are interested in local activism (”take those damn cameras down!”).
Our friend Justin Carder is running for president.

So here goes our official endorsement. Vote for Justin!—AM
