Just got back from San Francisco, where I got a load of art and culture that makes the “Paris of the Pacific” (really, they called it that at the turn of the last century) so much fun to visit. The picture above is from a show (sadly, over and back in Asia somewhere now) of works by Osamu Tezuka, a master storyteller and the “father of Japanese animation” at San Francisco Asian Art Museum. I will post more about this and other delights soon… -AM
