Lots of creative exchange at Dream Kitchen last week. We talked about how figuring out if something is worth doing is a matter of having the right mix of research and intuition. Chatted about eavesdropping at sushi bars and publishing your own CDs. Learned how fashion designers do a lot of work to isolate their niche markets, looking for niches within niches to clarify who it is brand labels will be geared to. Isn’t that something?
