It’s hard to believe this monthly happy hour has been carrying on for so many months now, but it has. The premise: creative people in the neighborhood and nearby vicinities need a place to hang out and just talk shop, but not at meetings at work, and not with their bosses.
Design Kompany’s really enjoyed getting to know the regulars here, doodling on coasters while sipping rounds of Belgian ales. Generally discussing the arts, the sciences, philosophy, and random topics that happen to come up like snakes in bags in bars, sudoku, and sex.
Korner continues to be a surprise each time, and we’re delighted to announce the next one is just around… the Korner. First Mondays, as usual. Be there or be square May 5. —DK
