Last week I went to the library and made a copy of a photograph in Adbusters, which really, I am still thinking about.

Turns out the image was of an exhibit of work by Droog design, which was up at this year’s Biennale in Venice.
Design Kompany reported from the 2007 Venice Biennale, the contemporary art show we wanted to suss out to get inspired. Being there then made it easy to appreciate Droog’s new work, despite the many filters of media it takes for something to get from the Netherlands via Italy to these American West Coast shores.
But a little bit of digging on the internet got me to the source: always the best place to experience art. Check out Droog’s “exhibit,” Singletown.org
