We want to thank everyone who made Sugar a successful party. We had 67 people here throughout the evening, buzzing with conversations and connections, and buzzing on sugar and wine.
Here are some things overheard at the party…
“I like the work you’re doing. You don’t clutter the message. Everything is simple, clean and clear.”
“Great space!”
“Community building is what you guys are doing.”
That’s right… we love connecting people. Dipika introduced me to a nutritionist, a perfect person to discuss my gluten intolerance. We had architects and designers chatting with nurses and city workers. People brought their babies and young children! One person brought his dad. Someone discovered a bizarre Minnesota connection at the party — an oddly large amount of attendees were from St. Paul.
About a dozen people decided the party couldn’t end, so they headed to the Baltic Room, where it’s rumored that Akira broke out some dangerous dance moves. If any photos surface, we’ll be sure to post them.
