Design Kompany: A Seattle graphic design studio, focus on branding

Design Kompany Creative Team

Design Kompany is a Capitol Hill graphic design studio. Our specialty is identity design. In other words, branding. Pictured above is our core creative team: Dipika Kohli, Akira Morita and Jace Krause.

When you are starting a new business, or looking to give an existing one a facelift, you’ll need to think about the image you want to present with your logo, choices of color, even the quality of paper you pick for your business card.

Who is your brand for? Part of what we help you with is marketing consulting, big words that just mean getting clear about isolating and defining your target audience. The more thinking you can do up front to profile these customers, the more clearly and efficiently you’ll be able to reach them through a crisp, beautiful identity design.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been in business for a dozen years, it never hurts to rethink the image you’re projecting to the public. Does it say “quality?” Does it say “professional”? We’re in the business of helping you find your competitive edge and translate that into the right image.

So what sets us apart from other design companies? Design Kompany’s creative team’s proven ourselves to be very good listeners. Good design means conveying the right message; working out correctly exactly what that is will make or break a final look. See What Makes Design Kompany Different.

Our best Seattle projects have been designs for people who work in creative industries: architecture, art, photography, fashion, writing, news and other media.

Still haven’t gotten around to creating your own business identity? Tired of wasting time struggling with it in your spare time at home? As a business owner, you should focus on your business plan and strategy. Leave imaging to DK.

Everything I know about Argentina I learned at World Cup Japan 2002. Very curious to know more, as well as what you’re up to at… Taxi Design Studio?

    Fantastic!

We have just remodeled–new tiles, a mobile I just got from Denmark, nice coats of paint–and love sharing our new space with designer friends.

    See you soon in Seattle!

Hi. I actully lived in Seattle for 6 years before we had to relocate. Now, we live in Missouri. But I do miss the city and I plan on coming back there sometime in the Spring.
