I think anyone who attended Dazzle last Friday would agree that it was a success. Gallery 1508.5 was filled with people for the duration of the show. People were buzzing around the room, introducing themselves to new faces and making connections.
It’s those connections that Design Kompany really loves. Last Friday’s show was a launching point for many more shows to come. We want to bring creative people together and see what happens when their brains intersect. If you are an artist interested in Gallery 1508.5, you should contact us.
We have heard many positive things about the show, about the gallery space, the artwork, and even the music. Akira made “Cliff’s Notes” version of the playlist, and it’s up at iTunes.

It’s a quick video I created to show off the Dervish’s dance from the guildwars Nightfall.
The dance the Dervish does is the same one that Christoper Walken did in the clip for Fatboy Slims’ - Weapon of choice music video (hence the music used)

If any of your artists fancy a challenge the London saatchi online art gallery are hosting a competition starting in november 2008, allowing artists to download adobe css 4 trail software and use it to produce a piece or art and enter into the competiton. All art works will be voted on by the website users and the winner will win $2000
