UPDATE: October 209
Here’s a link to the Social Media Club of Seattle’s Flickr pool.
Apparently Sean Moffitt’s talk was really dense, informative, and fast. A book’s worth of stuff, actually. A book that’s forthcoming, it seems.

Just days after WordCamp Seattle, Canadian word-of-mouth marketer Sean Moffitt will be in Seattle next Tuesday to talk about how to build a brand through social media. Since branding is what we do, Design Kompany is going to this.
Social Media Club Seattle is hosting the talk, set for Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the Hotel 1000. The title is “Building a Brand in Today’s Social Media Landscape.”
Here’s what the organizers say:
This month’s Social Media Club Seattle meet-up is focused on building and fostering effective communities and brand messages.
As traditional brand messages have become less relevant with the rise in user generated content, the way we communicate to our communities is also changing.
SMC Seattle is proud to host Sean Moffitt, founder of Agent Wildfire in Toronto. Sean has led the direction of Molson, Guinness, Labatt and Proctor and Gamble in Canada.
Sean will look at how brands need to adapt their communication to benefit from the rise in online communities. Social Medial Club Seattle
