‘Pet:’ a :49 short film by Design Kompany

People in Seattle today are taking their dogs around and lingering in cafes.

Two years ago the Seattle Times reported that Seattle has more dogs than children.

That’s right.

More K9s than kids.

Hard to imagine?

Check out ‘Pet:’

Saturday and Sunday were bright out, which makes folks in Seattle extremely happy. You could say ecstatic, even.

Besides ordering lattes and playing with their dogs, here are some other things people are doing this Memorial Day weekend here in the Emerald City:

Biking
Laying out
Daintily frolicking after vans with ice cream pictures on stickers on their sides
Wearing shorts
Gardening in P-Patches
Obsessively checking Gmail/MySpace/Facebook
Reading political novels
Reading feminist novels
Making vegan sandwiches
Playing frisbee
Not being here but being at Sasquatch

Did I miss anything?

If you like dogs and have a creative streak, check out www.gooddogart.com blog and use your brain and humor to caption the images. You might win some dogart greeting cards!
