Fast tips on eating healthy from Vibrance Nutrition

Did you know you can get calcium from greens?

And that “sprouted grain bread” has all the good natural stuff that gets sifted out when grains get processed into white stuff?

I did not. I learned these mini-facts from nutritionist and personal trainer Aimee Gallo.

Then I started eating stuff like this:

I met Aimee when she hired Design Kompany to create a new brand identity design.

I’ve learned from Vibrance that “good health” is a lot more than working out eighty times a week or drinking protein shakes instead of whatever they serve at Dick’s on Broadway.

Good health is about total health: physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Design Kompany really had fun working out the new look for Vibrance Nutrition and Fitness, which I just saw again yesterday in Vibrance’s latest promo newsletter.
