Design Kompany has just moved from lower to upper Capitol Hill here in Seattle, WA, USA. We’ll be sending out a formal invite for our January grand opening, meanwhile we’re getting new furniture. A lot of it is in the style of Scandinavia, that amazing place I just visited for “modern design” inspiration. You have to get out of your comfort zone every so often to see the good stuff when you come home. So I rambled about in Europe for a couple of weeks before coming home to Seattle. I also went to the Biennale in Venice to look at a bunch of contemporary art. Really neat. More on that coming up soon.
