“Bonanzle is a cross between Craigslist and E-bay,” explained Bonanzle’s Bill Harding. He had a clear sense of the mechanics for his company, but needed DK to come up with the look.
It started with our interview. If Bonanzle was a person, what kind of clothes would he wear? we asked. What kind of car would Bonanzle drive? Questions like these invite our clients to personify their brand.
The big idea for Bonanzle is visitors can “find anything under the sun,” so we mixed typefaces and selected warm colors for the logotype design.
I’d say the logo and grass turned out fabulously. It has the mark of great art: it keeps growing on me more and more as time wears on. Almost every person who I’ve given a business card to has agreed. —Bill Harding, Bonanzle.com
